At Lampa we are handcrafting contemporary lighting design. Our goal has always been to illuminate space with artistic intent and sculptural integrity, and our work reflects this. As artists first, we value creative freedom outside of marketplace restraint, and are mindful of this in our design process. We continue to be inspired by the natural world, and hope to share it with our work. Our relationship to the natural materials we use is also key to our mission, and we are committed to crafting sustainable products. At Lampa we use only the most environmentally friendly materials, source everything within the United States, and support as many locally-owned businesses as possible.

Sustainability is at the core of our philosophy, and we are dedicated to creating beautiful energy-efficient lighting. Our products are intentionally crafted through an artistic lense, with an emphasis on natural shapes and beauty within simplicity. Functional. Beautiful. Good for the planet.

Standard lead time on everything we make is 4 – 6 weeks.
Returns can be made within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. After 7 days there is a 50% restocking charge for returns. All Lampa products are made in New York.

Return Policy

Please check your shipments upon arrival. All Lampa products are custom-made to customer specifications. Damaged or defective merchandise must be returned within 7 days of purchase. All damages incurred in shipping must be reported upon receipt of merchandise. Damages not reported within 7 days of receipt will not be replaced by Lampa. Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days and will be charged a 50% restocking fee. Order Cancellations must occur within 7 days of purchase otherwise there is a 50% charge. Unauthorized returns will be charged 50% of order total. Please call us at 631-722-9450 M-F from 9:00 to 5:00 for return auth.  

Warranty Policy

Lampa warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase. During this warranty period Lampa will repair or replace, at its option, free of charge, products that are proven to be defective. This warranty does not apply to damages resulting from accident, alteration, tampering, misuse, negligence or abuse. Lampa hereby expressly reserves the right to limit or exclude consequential damages under the terms of this warranty (some states do not allow the exclusion of consequential damages so this might not apply to you).  If Lampa furnished you with advice or other assistance concerning the products, the furnishing of such advice shall not subject the company to any liability, whether it be contract, warranty, tort, (including negligence) or otherwise.
